How Our ESCROW Service Works
Step-by-Step Guide
Using GRAN-Entrega is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Step 1: Agreement on Terms Register for free at GRAN-Entrega and agree on the transaction terms with the other party. We'll then request payment from the Buyer.
- Step 2: Buyer Sends Payment The Buyer can transfer funds to GRAN-Entrega using secure payment methods. Funds are held securely until the transaction is approved.
- Step 3: Seller Ships the Goods Upon receiving the Buyer's payment, we notify the Seller to ship or deliver the goods.
- Step 4: Buyer Reviews the Goods The Buyer inspects the goods within the agreed Inspection Period and either approves the transaction or requests a return.
- Step 5: Seller Receives Payment Once the Buyer approves, GRAN-Entrega releases the funds to the Seller. If the Buyer is not satisfied, a full refund is initiated after the goods are returned in their original state.

*** Note: If the Buyer rejects the goods during the Inspection Period, they must return them to the Seller. Once the returned goods are confirmed to be in their original condition, payment will be made to the Seller. The Buyer must notify GRAN-Entrega within the Inspection Period. If no issues are reported within 7 business days of delivery, the Seller will be paid.
