    A: The Inspection Period is the time allotted for the Buyer or Seller to evaluate the goods. It starts the next business day after delivery and lasts as agreed upon by both parties. The receipt day is based on the courier’s delivery record.

    A: Yes, we support international sales and purchases. Payments to GRAN-Entrega must be made in major currencies, and payments to Sellers are issued accordingly. Buyers and Sellers are responsible for all related duties and taxes.

    A: Dissatisfied Buyers must return the goods in their original condition within 30 days.
